Judge Dismisses Charges Against Bad Boy Recording Artist Loon

Beverly Hills, CA - A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted a defense motion to dismiss and dismissed all charges today against Bad Boy recording artist Chauncey Hawkins, better known to his legion of fans as Loon.

In dismissing the charges, Judge Richard Stone stated that there was insufficient evidence that Loon and/or his associates committed any offenses.

Loon’s attorney, Shepard S. Kopp of the law firm of Geragos & Geragos stated, “the judge’s dismissal of the charges against Loon confirms what we have said all along; that Loon was totally innocent.”
