Ben Meiselas

Ben Meiselas is an associate at Geragos & Geragos, APC. He focuses on complex civil litigation, class actions, and criminal law. Mr. Meiselas' civil clients include some of the most prolific entertainers and business executives in the country. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Meiselas worked for Congressman Steve Israel and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Mr. Meiselas has also worked as a consultant to executives in the music industry including Sean "Diddy" Combs.

1) Obtained mediation award of $5,000,000.00 for client in confidential mediation involving corporate structuring dispute.

2) Obtained Mediation award of $3,500,000.00 for client in confidential mediation involving injuries on residential property.

3) Prevailed in the California Court of Appeals against Defendant on Dangerous Condition claim, affirming $1,200,000.00 jury award.

4) Obtained $990,000.00 for Client in Wrongful Death Trial

5) Prevailed in complex insurance subrogation dispute entitling client to $750,000.00 in once frozen funds.

Mr. Meiselas graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2010. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree magnum cum laude from the George Washington University.
